So in this week's newsletter, we're shamelessly plugging the news of how we're bringing flexible HR talent to the east side of the state.
We're Expanding to Metro Detroit!
Over the past three years, we've iterated on an interim HR service model that provides employers with HR experts that can integrate onto their team when, where, and for however long employers need them.
More than 60 organizations in West Michigan have already tapped into our flexible talent network to:
Augment their people operations. Whether it's bringing on an extra recruiter during a heavy hiring season or a benefits specialist ahead of open enrollment or a generalist to temporarily increase overall capacity.
Fill temporary personnel gaps. Upcoming parental or medical leave? Or an unexpected turnover on the team? No worries. There's an HR flex professional ready to provide a much needed stop-gap.
Kick-off their HR. Building an HR function without experience in HR can be overwhelming. Embedding an expert into your operations and culture makes laying a solid foundation easy.
COVID has only accelerated the need for this flexible talent model.
This past year, many HR teams have been overwhelmed trying to keep up with pivots and mandates. And many HR professionals have struggled to maintain 9-5, M-F schedules with reshaped demands at home.
Flex HR talent offers the best of both worlds. HR leaders can keep pace with their organization's needs by leveraging resources that seamlessly move on and off their team. And HR professionals can better balance their work and life by having more control over where and when they work.
Our mission is to disrupt the gig conversation for HR. We are dedicated to building a community of collaborators that provides employers and HR professionals the flexibility and stability needed to stay agile in today's world of work.
We've already started growing the reach of the network. Last year, we provided more than 2,500 hours of flex HR to organizations in Metro Detroit. And this year, we've seen the need continue to grow.
That's why we're so excited to be able to officially expand our flex talent network to the east side of the state.
"I'm so grateful we're able to offer this opportunity to Metro Detroit. COVID has placed incredible pressure on local businesses and the local HR professional community, especially working parents. Our talent network offers a sustainable solution for both when they need it most," explains Beth Kelly.
How can you help? If know an organization in Metro Detroit that needs temporary HR support or an HR professional in the region looking for interim assignments, encourage them to check out our flex talent network.
