4. Prioritize building your soft skills, in particular: resilience, listening, authenticity, logic, empathy, vulnerability, and humility.
5. The more you can offer your full attention, the more opportunity you have to build empathy. Resist the temptation to multitask when with others.
6. Make space for everyone to speak as your first step toward active listening. Keep in mind that space may look different for each team member.
