Finding the answer can mean the difference between surviving and thriving.
So in this week's newsletter, we look at how to keep meaning at the forefront of your work through introspection, celebration, and continual discussion of your world-changing goals.
Meaningful Work

Services Spotlight: Open Enrollment Support
Need an extra hand (or two) during open enrollment? Are you gearing up to be overwhelmed with benefit questions, maintaining your HRIS, and analyzing potential group plans this fall?
No need to worry about it this year. Our team of interim HR professionals has your back providing the support you need to stay on open-enrollment track. (And the breathing room to work on your rocks and thousand-and-one other to-dos.)
How often do you reflect on your personal why? Do you regularly reconnect with your purpose? We know that's a big ask. But if you're feeling bold, let us know by voting in this week's pulse poll. (And if you're feeling really bold, share your "why" as a comment!) Vote.
